Abstract: 大规模风电接入电网后,其自身的波动性叠加在电网中,使得调度目标由原来的系统总负荷变为除去风电出力后的系统净负荷;风电的容量可信度变化较大,将对系统的计划备用容量产生影响.针对此,分析了所有风电机组同时停发的可能性,并指出当接入的风电场分布的地理范围较广时,功率骤降的速率会明显放缓,有利于调度平衡.已有的运行经验表明,风电的接入不需要配备额外的备用电厂和储能系统.
