Abstract: 电子束扫描表面改性处理可以提高铝合金材料的硬度、增加耐磨性.本文采用电子束加热技术对铝合金ADC12进行熔凝、纳米Al-Fe合金化、Al-Al2O3陶瓷化三种表面处理,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、EDAX能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等分析测试手段,分别分析三种改性层的金相组织和物相构成,测试了硬度和摩擦磨损性能,比较了三种改性处理方式优缺点.
