Abstract: 对空气弹簧在升降台阶上的应用进行了研究.在原升降台阶设备框架基础上设计了一套气动空气弹簧升降系统,用以满足驱动和隔振的需求.通过气源给空气弹簧内部加压和卸荷压缩空气,通过稳定杆联动以及导向限位的结构实现了升降台阶的升降运动,由PLC程序对数据进行处理、储存以及安全保护.
