Abstract: 方法:采用医院领导行为能力量表(PM量表),采用时点调查法对医院152名科室人员进行问卷调查.结果:P型领导所占比例最高,M型领导所占比例最低;八大工作情景因素平均满意度得分集体工作精神最高,待遇满意度最低.结论:医院应注重P、M型科主任向PM型的转化,加强职工的福利待遇及医院保健的改善,调动职工工作的主动性可提高医院的管理水平.
