Abstract: 液力偶合器叶片流固耦合分析的目的在于研究液力偶合器叶片变形与流场间相互作用的规律,为液力偶合器叶片设计提供依据.以CFD技术模拟调速型液力偶合器内部流体的流动.分析液力偶合器叶片表面的压力分布;应用有限元方法,计算出液力偶合器叶片的应力分布与位移,对叶片与流体的耦合过程进行数值模拟.分析结果表明.叶片变形导致的压力增大是叶片断裂的主要原因,最大限度地减小叶片变形是提高液力偶合器使用寿命的有效途径.
