Abstract: 利用Fluent对气动电磁阀的三维稳态流场进行仿真,流场仿真结果表明,现有结构的气道1与气道2相贯处流场变化剧烈,压力损失较大.扩大气道1孔径以增大相贯处的通流截面积,减少压力损失,平缓流场,增大了通过电磁阀的空气流量.制作样品,并对样品改进前后的流量进行实际测量,验证数值仿真的正确性.
