Abstract: 本文针对某热轧厂横切线上的主要设备矫直机在矫直高强度,厚规格产品时,当负载受到外扰动时,矫直机传动轴经常断,工作辊轴承经常损坏现象,于是对伺服缸压力信号进行采集,发现装在伺服阀出口和伺服缸无杆腔之间的溢流阀压力设置过高,油缸无杆腔压力不能卸荷.根据油缸压力信号,采用AMEsim对矫直机伺服缸液压系统进行建模与仿真,找出伺服阀出口和伺服缸无杆腔之间的溢流阀的最合理压力.为矫直机实际工作提供了参考依据...
