Abstract: 泵控马达系统在运行过程中,由于油液中混入了空气,系统体积弹性模量和泄漏系数不再是恒定的值,常规PID控制不能很好地满足系统动态要求.针对以上特点,提出采用自整定模糊PID来改善系统动态特性的方法.本文分析了系统体积弹性模量和泄漏系数的影响因素,自整定模糊PID控制器的设计方法.仿真结果表明,自整定模糊PID控制较常规PID控制具有更快的响应特性和良好的动态特性,对模型失配和负载扰动表现出更强的适应性和鲁棒性.
