Abstract: 针对液压伺服系统中存在的时变、不确定性及外界未知干扰等影响,提出了灰色预测补偿模糊PID控制方法.该控制方法是利用少数据、贫信息进行灰色预测补偿建模和预测,对系统不确定部分及外界干扰给与一定程度的估计补偿,并结合模糊规则在线调节PID参数,使系统的控制参数达到优化,克服了系统不确定部分和外界未知干扰的影响.仿真结果表明,灰色预测补偿模糊PID控制可使系统性能得到提高.
