Abstract: 本文基于计算流体力学方法,采用幂律流变模型和RNG k-ε湍流模型对钻井液锥阀阀口处的内部流场进行数值仿真计算.通过对流场内流线形状、压力和流速的大小及其分布情况进行分析,着重研究了阀芯半锥角、阀芯结构、阀座倒角等对锥阀流场的影响.研究结果对以钻井液作为介质的液压锥阀的设计和优化具有一定的借鉴意义.
