Abstract: 目前医院手术奖金分配普遍采用科室分配法,将经济效益作为主要依据,在增收、降本和职工积极性等方面存在不合理的诱导性.手术奖金分配机制的诱导趋势应与医改新方案的导向一致,医院应按照医改新方案精神,探索手术奖金分配的新模式.泗洪县人民医院在这方面作了积极探索,采用综合积分评价法,奖金与经济效益彻底脱钩,与手术的数量、等级和质量挂钩,取消二次分配,直接量化考核到人,取得了初步成效.
