Abstract: 良好的语言沟通和交流是一切医疗行为的前提,在医疗过程中,护士是充当首席与患者语言交流的进行者,因此培养护士语言修养和掌握沟通技巧,运用礼貌性语言、安慰性语言、解释性语言、针对性语言、保密性语言,避免病人受不良刺激.然而,注重体态语言的文明,做到衣着仪容端庄.规范.神态姿势健美,必要时用眼神心灵进行适当的交流,赢得病人的信赖.从而达到有效沟通,是构建和谐护患关系的基础.
