Abstract: 以新麦草为原料,通过添加甲酸和糖蜜,来初步探讨不同添加剂对青贮新麦草饲料品质的影响.研究结果表明:在添加甲酸的情况下,乳酸含量均显著降低,乙酸含量升高,同时,添加甲酸使青贮饲料的可溶性糖含量显著提高;通过添加糖蜜,青贮饲料乳酸含量升高,此外添加糖蜜还使青贮料的粗蛋白含量升高,酸性洗涤纤维含量下降.两种添加剂处理均显著降低了新麦草青贮料的pH值和氨态氮含量经.
