Abstract: 本文利用气动比例流量阀、无活塞杆气缸、位移传感器和数据采集卡等元件构成了气缸位置伺服控制系统.建立了该系统的数学模型.并进行了MATLAB仿真.然后设计了基于LabVIEW语言的参数自整定FUZZY-PID位置控制器,并在仿真的基础上进行实际控制实验.实验结果表明了FUZZY-PID控制器的有效性和正确性.
