Abstract: 2003年9月采集广西近岸海域鱼类、甲壳类和软体类的19种底栖生物样品,测定底栖生物体内重金属Hg、Cu、As、Pb和Cd的含量,分析评价底栖生物受重金属污染的程度.结果表明,广西近岸海域底栖生物体中重金属含量是鱼类:Cu>Pb>As>Hg>Cd,甲壳类:Cu>Pb>As=Cd>Hg,软体类:Cu>Cd>As>Pb>Hg;不同生物对重金属的富集能力不同,同一种生物对不同重金属的富集能力不同,其大小顺序依次为,鱼类:Hg>Cu>Pb>As>Cd,甲壳类:Cu>Pb>Cd>Hg>As,软体类:Cu>Hg>Cd>Pb>As;广西近岸海域底栖生物均未受到重金属污染,但鱼类体内Hg、软体类体内Cu、Cd和Hg和甲壳类体内Cu、Pb、Cd和Hg的积累问题严重,软体类生物体内Cd超过人体消费标准值,甲壳类生物体内Cd和Pb含量等于或超过人体消费标准值;该海域底栖生物体内重金属含量变化不明显.
