Abstract: 应用有限元方法建立了超级钢焊接温度场的数学模型,对5 mm厚、400MPa超级钢等离子弧焊接温度场和热循环进行了模拟和分析;利用模拟得到的热影响区热循环曲线,根据晶粒长大动力学原理对热影响区晶粒尺寸进行预测.预测结果表明,焊接接头热影响区宽度约为6.5 mm;焊接接头热影响区晶粒明显长大,最大晶粒尺寸约为180 μm;焊接接头热影响区晶粒随冷却速度的加快而细化,但细化程度有限.
