Abstract: 采用有限元模拟技术研究了多种等离子枪体内部的水流场和气流场.分析了等离子枪体的机构对水流速的影响以及对紊流形成的影响.并在此基础上,分析了在不同流场分布状态的条件下,等离子枪体内部的温度场形态.通过验算枪体关键部位的温升,发现在不改变冷却水流量的情况下,仅通过改变水道结构和入水方向,就可以使枪体的冷却效果得到明显的改善.该研究结果为等离子枪体的设计和结构优化提供了重要的参考数据.
