Abstract: 根据履带车辆悬挂系统的结构特点和元件特性,将履带车辆悬挂系统简化为非线性八自由度半车模型,并给出了应用ADAMS软件进行仿真的方法.建模过程中考虑了履带对路面激励的影响,并给出了路面时域输入的构造方法和软件实现.对常用车速和典型路面的仿真结果表明,所建立的非线性模型能够较好地反映履带车辆悬挂系统的几何非线性,并能够对负重轮离地情况正确模拟.基于此模型,应用ADAMS的优化功能,可以得到履带车辆不同行驶工况下的最优悬挂阻尼和刚度系数.
