Abstract:
以提取的火鸡骨胶原蛋白液为原料,探讨了影响火鸡骨胶原蛋白水解度的主要影响因素,优化了酶解工艺条件.得出火鸡骨胶原蛋白多肽口服液最佳配方.实验表明:火鸡骨胶原蛋白最佳酶解条件为底物浓度10%、酶用量30 μl/g蛋白、酶解温度60℃、pH值7.火鸡骨胶原蛋白多肽口服液最佳配方:火鸡骨胶原蛋白多肽液40%、木糖醇1.0%、蜂蜜5%.
