Abstract:
通过鉴别设计法(SD)对影响提取双低菜籽粕分离蛋白效果的外界因子,如pH、料液比(g/ml)、提取温度、振荡时间、离心时间、离心转速等关键因子进行考察与评价.结果表明:pH、料液比(g/ml)和提取温度对提取双低菜籽粕分离蛋白影响显著,振荡时间、离心时间和离心转速对提取双低菜籽粕分离蛋白影响不显著.
