Abstract:
分析了立式空调机底盘的工艺特点和工艺要求,说明了模具工作原理,着重阐述了模具的型腔布置、分型面选择、浇注系统、成型零部件、定距分型机构、侧向分型与抽芯机构、型腔锁块机构、型芯支承柱、顶出与复位机构及冷却系统的设计特点.试模结果表明,该模具结构合理、动作可靠,所成型的注塑件质量满足技术要求.
