Abstract: 目的:探讨慢性吗啡处理大鼠伏隔核及海马CA1区神经元超微结构改变.方法:将10只雄性SD大鼠随机等分为吗啡组(腹腔注射吗啡,起始剂量5 mg/kg,2次/d,逐d递增5 mg,至第10 d为50 mg/kg)及对照组(用相同方式注射同体积的生理盐水).末次注射后6 d取伏隔核及海马CA1区.制作电镜标本后在透射电镜下定性观察神经元超微结构.结果:吗啡组大鼠伏隔核神经元核膜欠清晰,部分线粒体结构模糊,部分内质网有轻度扩张,而对照组正常;吗啡组大鼠海马CA1区神经元部分核膜结构节段性模糊不清,部分线粒体结构模糊,嵴消失,甚至空泡变,而对照组正常.结论:慢性吗啡处理大鼠伏隔核、海马CA1区神经元产生了一定程度的超微结构病理改变.
