Abstract: 目的采用多种不同的检测方法探讨静脉吸毒人群与非静脉吸毒人群中丙型肝炎病原学的差异.方法89份静脉吸毒人员血清及40份非静脉吸毒HCV感染者血清分别应用分片段蛋白质芯片、酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)及荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)进行检测丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗体及RNA,比较两种不同人群中HCV感染的病原学差异及三种检测方法在以上两种样本中检测结果的差异.结果在静脉吸毒人群中HCV感染率为88.76%(79/89),感染者血清HCV RNA载量较非吸毒HCV感染者血清HCV RNA载量高,前者为1×1033.10拷贝/毫升,后者为1×102.26拷贝/毫升(t=1.986,P=0.049).应用HCV分片段蛋白芯片技术检测的敏感性为98.23%.结论静脉吸毒人群中HCV感染率较高,感染者中血清HCV RNA载量较非静脉吸毒者高.研究显示,蛋白芯片技术是一种高效的检测技术,具有临床应用价值.
