Abstract: 梨果实在低温下贮存,随着时间的推移而逐渐衰老,用不同浓度的NAA溶液处理梨果实.结果发现,5mg/L的NAA溶液能相应地提高蛋白质、ASA、GSH的含量;降低MDA含量及O2-的产生速率;抑制SOD、CAT和POD活性的下降,初步确定,用5mg/L NAA溶液处理梨果实,可缓解衰老.
