Abstract: 焊丝钢中碳、硅和铝的质量分数较低,可以获得很好的拉拔性能和焊接性能,为满足生产优质焊丝钢宜采用低碳、硅和铝的质量分数的脱氧剂.采用新型脱氧剂SiCaBaMgMnAl-1号、SiCaBaMgMnAl-2号、SiCaBaMgMn以及作为对比实验的FeAlMn,以H10Mn2为实验钢种在MoSi2炉内进行脱氧实验.结果表明,SiCaBaMgMnAl-1号的脱氧效果最优,能够在较短时间内达到脱氧平衡,氧的质量分数降到较低水平,夹杂物以复合形式存在,熔点低而且易上浮排除.
