Abstract:
总结了近年来有关Graves病(GD)动物模型的研究方法进展,主要有:(1)促甲状腺激素受体(TSHR)核酸免疫.(2)表达TSHR的成纤维细胞免疫和表达TSHR的M12细胞免疫.(3)表达TSHR的腺病毒免疫.(4)甲状腺刺激性抗体(TSAb)转基因动物模型.其中TSHR-腺病毒尤其是TSHR亚单位-腺病毒免疫小鼠的GD发生率高且较稳定,而TSAb转基因动物模型可进行传代是目前较有前景的方法.
