Abstract: 针对从芬兰的Ahlstrom公司全套引进的Pyroflow型循环流化床锅炉省煤器频繁爆管的问题,曾采取在省煤器易磨损处增设防磨护瓦的方法,但仍未从根本上解决此问题.为此,深入分析了省煤器处烟气流道的几何形状、烟气流速、烟气中固体物料浓度对省煤器爆管的影响,并据此制定了如下解决措施:更换省煤器区域的外墙板;在一级过热器烟道出入口处的前后墙内侧增加了折流板;增加省煤器区域的烟道深度;减少省煤器列管列数;增大列管节距;在省煤器的所有列管弯头加装半圆形防磨护瓦;增大旋风分离器排气管的插入深度;在碎煤机前增加一滚轮式振动筛;改用灰分含量不大于38%的煤.改造措施实施后,该锅炉现已连续运行2a多,省煤器未再发生爆管.
