Effects of three Streptomyces strains on the growth of cucumber plant and against cucumber powdery mildew

Abstract: 利用链霉菌防治黄瓜白粉病以及对黄瓜植株生长的温室试验表明,3株链霉菌M63、S15和S93对黄瓜白粉病具有保护性防治作用,与对照相比,浸种的平均防效分别为62.7%、40.3%和56.8%,清水对照的防效为0,M63和S93的防效显著优于S15(P=0.05),3株链霉菌在不同时间间隔的防效均显著高于清水对照,且随着叶面喷施后与接种白粉菌时间间隔的缩短,防效有增高趋势,而喷施特谱唑则表现了相反的趋势;3株链霉菌叶面喷施的防效差异不大,M63的防治效果较稳定;3株链霉菌浸种结合预防性叶面喷施的防病效果和变化趋势与单独叶面喷施链霉菌的防效相似.链霉菌对黄瓜白粉病的治疗效果不明显.研究还发现,M63和S93浸种处理显著地增加株高,相反S15显著降低了株高.3株链霉菌均显著地增加黄瓜植株的叶片数.总之,链霉菌M63的防效优于S15和S93,是一株有应用前景的生防菌株.
