Abstract:
采用多连杆作为机械压力机的工作机构代替原机械压力机曲柄滑块机构.采用矢量多边形法建立了滑块的运动方程,并且采用遗传算法建立了优化设计数学模型.以JH23-63型机械压力机的技术参数为依据,设计的多连杆压力机在公称压力行程范围内滑块的最大工作速度仅为96 mm·s-1,并且在曲柄转角α=50°~100°范围内具有平均速度为105 mm·s-1的明显速度平台.该多连杆压力机的低速锻冲特性与原普通型机械压力机相比其工作性能有明显的提高.
