Abstract: 介绍了以C9混合芳烃为原料合成西藏麝香的工艺.通过考察反应时间、反应温度等影响因素,得到较佳的工艺条件:烷基化反应的催化剂加入量为2%,反应温度为10 ℃,反应时间为3 h;硝化反应温度为20~70 ℃,反应时间为4 h,在95%乙醇中结晶.该工艺具有原料易得,工艺路线简单的特点,有较好的工业应用前景.
