Abstract: 基于普通中板四辊轧机,运用影响函数法分析了轧件宽度、支撑辊半径、工作辊半径、支撑辊凸度和工作辊凸度对轧机横向刚度的影响.仿真结果表明:1)随着支撑辊半径的增大,轧机横向刚度线性增加;2)随着工作辊半径增大,轧辊横向刚度接近线性增大;3)随着支撑辊凸度增大,轧机横向刚度非线性增加;4)随着工作辊凸度增大,轧机横向刚度非线性增加,但是工作辊凸度的变化对轧机横向刚度影响较小;5)随着轧件宽度的变化,轧机横向刚度呈现高次曲线.6)在轧件宽度、支撑辊半径、凸度以及工作辊半径、凸度一定时,轧机横向刚度不变.根据大量计算数据进行回归,建立了轧机横向刚度模型.
