Abstract: 目的探讨中药复方糖肾宁对糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)大鼠脂质代谢和氧化-抗氧化系统内影响.方法高脂饲料喂养加腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)建立DN模型,按24h尿微量白蛋白(24 h U-A1b)排泄量分为模型组、蒙诺组、糖肾宁组,分别予相应药物灌胃,8周后测定24h U-A1b,血胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL),空腹血糖(FBS)、血清胰岛素(FINS),并计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI).肾组织匀浆测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA),游离脂肪酸(NEFA).结果糖肾宁组大鼠24 h U-A1b、FBS、FINS、LDL和肾组织NEFA、MDA较模型组降低,ISI和肾组织SOD升高,TG和SOD与对照组比较也有显著差异.结论糖肾宁可减少DN大鼠24 h U-A1b,其机制与改善糖和脂质代谢,调节氧化-抗氧化系统有关.
