Abstract: 2004年1月1日起火电厂建设开始执行新版GB13223-2003<火电厂大气污染物排放标准>,对NOx排放的限制更加严格,并要求"第3时段火力发电锅炉须预留烟气脱硝装置空间".针对新建大容量火电机组如何预留烟气脱硝装置空间的问题,概述目前国内外烟气脱硝技术的应用情况;分析采用SCR烟气脱硝装置后对锅炉岛的总体布置、锅炉钢结构、炉膛承压设计、空气预热器性能和设计及对引风机风压等的影响;对于如何预留装设SCR脱硝装置的条件、预留到何种程度等提出建议:对SCR反应器布置空间预留、空气预热器的改造预留、引风机改造等提出了多个方案,设计时结合各火电工程的建设特点,选择合理预留SCR装置方案.
