Abstract: 对裂纹转子进行理论分析,总结该类故障的典型特征,对于准确诊断该类故障,预防机组恶性事故的发生,具有重要的工程意义.本文建立了非线性转子-轴承系统数学模型,采用数值积分方法得到系统在某一转速下有裂纹和无裂纹情况下的时域波形、频谱、轴心轨迹及庞加莱映射,分析结果表明转子在有裂纹产生以后,系统处于不稳定的概周期运行状态;而相同条件下无裂纹的系统处于稳定的运行状态,分析结果为该类系统的故障诊断提供理论参考.
