Abstract: 本文对离心泵的气蚀故障进行了试验研究.气蚀是指由于空泡的溃灭所引起的过流表面材料损坏的现象,气蚀是空化的直接后果.本文使用声发射技术对离心泵系统进行状态监测,通过对声发射信号进行特征参数分析、幅值-振铃计数相关图分析、频谱分析、高阶谱分析,来发现故障的发生.通过分析可以看出,声发射技术可以及时发现离心泵气蚀故障的发生,从而可以及时调整离心泵的运行参数,以免造成严重的后果.
