Abstract: 利用激光堆焊方法可以在基体表面获得一层高厚度、高性能的合金堆焊层.通过在45#钢上进行激光堆焊工艺试验,就激光自动送丝堆焊的基本工艺过程进行研究,比较不同堆焊条件下的组织性能,探索激光堆焊的特性.与氩弧堆焊相比,激光堆焊过渡区狭小,激光堆焊层显微组织随比能量Es增加而逐渐变粗大;堆焊层组织明显细化,硬度提高70%;与高速钢相比,激光堆焊层体现出良好的抗磨性能,比高速钢的耐磨性高42.6%.
