Abstract:
机械流量调节器是篦冷机的关键部件,利用流体力学中的能量方程分析传统机械流量调节器的工作原理,发现其结构存在设计上的误差,在此基础上建立了一种新的机械流量调节器理论设计方法.基于此方法设计的机械流量调节器减小了传统机械流量调节器的设计误差,对实际生产中机械流量调节器的结构设计起到积极的指导作用,仿真结果说明采用该方法设计的机械流量调节器可以有效地提高其调节能力,并能够避免传统机械流量调节器在实际使用中存在的高频摆动现象.
