Abstract: 采用火焰原子吸收法同时测定了桂花中K、N a、Ca 、Mg、Pb、Cd、Cu、Mn、Co、Zn、Cr、Fe等十二种微量元素的含量.方法的相对标准偏差介于0.07%~2.31%之间,回收率介于93.0%~106.0%之间,分析结果满意,并表明,桂花中含有丰富的金属元素,元素含量由高到低排列顺序为:K,Ca,Mg,Na,Fe, Zn,Cu,Mn,Pb,Co,Cr,Cd,说明桂花具有较高的营养价值.
