Abstract: 探讨了纳米碱式碳酸锌的制备方法.并结合聚酯的制备条件,在聚酯的聚合前加入纳米碱式碳酸锌,在聚合过程中分解生成氧化锌,实现聚酯的抗紫外性能;实验表明,聚酯的抗紫外性能随氧化锌用量的增加而增强,当氧化锌质量分数大于1%时,对聚酯的抗紫外线性能影响已不很明显.对抗紫外聚酯的相应纺丝干燥、速度、上油等条件进行了阐述.
