Abrasivity study of different types of electroless nickel deposits

Abstract: 采用化学镀方法分别制取了酸性 Ni-P镀层、碱性 Ni-P镀层,以及 Ni-W-P合金镀层和 Ni-P-MoS2复合镀层.并将 Ni-P-MoS2复合镀层在 400 ℃热处理 1 h以考察热处理对镀层耐磨性的影响.对上述 5种镀层逐一进行组成成分测定、镀层硬度测试和磨损试验.试验结果显示在该 5种镀层中, Ni-W-P镀层硬度最高;热处理后的 Ni-P-MoS2复合镀层磨损量最小,摩擦系数仅 0.089,耐磨性最佳,其中 MoS2的添加能起到减磨的作用.
