Abstract: 目的:探讨急性有机磷农药中毒大鼠心肌组织ATP酶活性变化及硫酸镁对其影响.方法:Wistar健康大鼠30只随机分为对照组(A组);氧化乐果染毒组(B组);硫酸镁预处理后再染毒组(C组),每组10只.分别测定大鼠心肌组织Na+,K+-ATP酶、Mg2+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶活性,并进行组间比较.结果:B组与A组相比,ATP酶活性均明显降低(P<0.01).C组与B组相比,ATP酶活性均有不同程度地恢复,Na+,K+-ATP酶、Mg2+-ATP酶活性恢复(P<0.01)较Ca2+-ATP酶活性恢复(P<0.05)明显.结论:急性有机磷农药中毒后,心肌组织Na+,K+-ATP酶、Mg2+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶活性均明显受抑制.硫酸镁预处理能减轻ATP酶活性的抑制程度,尤其是Na+,K+-ATP酶和Mg2+-ATP酶.
