Abstract: 目的:探讨抗结核药物引起肝损害的机制以及还原型谷胱甘肽的预防作用.方法:116例患者随机分成两组,治疗组61例,对照组55例.治疗组在抗结核治疗同时予以还原型谷胱甘肽,而对照组在抗结核治疗同时予以肝太乐治疗.结果:对照组肝损害的发生率为24.45%,而治疗组仅为1.63%,差异非常显著(P<O.001);肝损害发生后血清过氧化脂质(LPO)水平增高,超氧化物歧化酶活性水平降低,与治疗前及肝功能正常者相比有显著差异(P<0.05).结论:抗结核药物所引起的肝脏损害与体内的脂质过氧化有关,且其可消耗体内的抗氧化物质.应用还原型谷胱甘肽能显著降低肝损害的发生.
