Abstract: 将碱处理的废弃剑麻纤维(WSF)分别用偶联剂、乙酸处理后与自制的脲醛树脂(UF)共混,制得UF/WSF复合材料,测试了该复合材料的冲击强度、弯曲强度、耐磨性能、电绝缘性、吸水性、热分解温度等.研究结果表明,WSF的处理方法对UF/WSF复合材料的冲击强度、弯曲强度、耐磨性有较大影响,对电绝缘性、吸水性、热分解温度影响较小,其中采用乙酰化处理的复合材料性能最好,其弯曲强度、耐磨性、热分解温度、吸水性及电绝缘性都超过了UF/木粉复合材料.
