介绍了中国石化扬子石油化工股份有限公司1.6 Mt/a延迟焦化装置焦炭塔、焦化炉的平面布置和配管设计的特点,如:焦化炉与焦炭塔之间的副管桥取消,缩短焦化炉转油管道的长度,减小压力降;甩油罐布置在焦炭塔底部;焦化炉转油管道的设计,管系布置与应力分析交替进行,在焦化炉各路出口汇合处采用顺介质流向45°斜接的方式;四通阀管道设计时,综合各种因素,使塔嘴子处的应力值在安全范围内;在"在线烧焦"管道设计中,采用了弯头转角度连接的方法等.
