Abstract: 三峡升船机结构预应力锚索不同于岩石边坡的预应力锚索,大规模施工前需要对张拉工艺进行专门的试验研究,以确定张拉工艺方法,了解灌浆影响、群锚效应,掌握锚索预应力损失情况,为正式施工提供决策.试验主要通过对单向/换向、单向/双向等不同的张拉工艺方法,利用锚索测力计等仪器进行监测,获取了重要的技术参数.试验表明,单向、双向张拉都能满足设计要求,群锚效应的影响并不显著,锚索预应力后期损失较小,预应力锚索施工的瞬时加荷对混凝土的影响较小,但对混凝土龄期较短的宽槽内的钢筋影响较大.
