Abstract:
过氧化物酶体增殖物活化受体(PPARs)是受体型转录因子,属于核受体超家族.近年研究表明,在免疫细胞T细胞、B细胞、巨噬细胞上有PPARγ的表达;PPARγ可影响免疫细胞的分化及分泌,抑制巨噬细胞促炎症因子的表达,改变辅助性T细胞(Th)1/Th2细胞因子的平衡,参与炎症和免疫调节过程.PPARγ激动剂对自身免疫性疾病模型如溃疡性结肠炎、实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎及1型糖尿病有效.因此,PPARγ激动剂对自身免疫性1型糖尿病可能具有临床应用前景.
