Effects of water supply treatment at the elongation stage on drought - resistance physiology in sugarcane

Abstract: 在甘蔗伸长期间,分别进行60mm/旬、40mm/旬、20mm/旬、0mm/旬的水分处理,研究不同水分对甘蔗抗旱生理的效应.试验结果表明:0mm/旬处理的土壤含水量、伤流量、叶片相对含水量最小,丙二醛含量、细胞膜透性最大,脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶活性在处理的前期比灌水处理较高,中后期低;各灌水处理中,60mm/旬处理叶片相对含水量、伤流量最大,细胞膜透性最小;40mm/旬处理土壤含水量、脯氨酸含量最大,丙二醛含量最小,过氧化物酶活性在各个时期最稳定;20mm/旬处理的各抗旱生理指标与0mm/旬处理的较接近;各处理的土壤含水量与伤流量、叶片相对含水量、蒸腾速率、丙二醛含量、过氧化物酶活性之间有显著的相关性.
