Abstract: 为了处理成分复杂,污染大的油田废水,根据油田废水的特性,以有机胺、二硫化碳、金属盐等为原料,制备了多功能絮凝剂.采用这种新型的多功能絮凝剂对油田废水进行了处理试验,对其絮凝效果及影响因素进行研究.试验结果表明,当其用量为25 mg/L时,气井废水的油、悬浮物、CODCr、色度的去除率分别为89.2%、91.3%、71.3%、93.1%.与其它絮凝剂相比,多功能絮凝剂具有性能稳定,适用的温度和pH值范围宽,除油效果好等优点.且兼具阻垢、缓蚀、杀菌等多种功能.
