Abstract: 目的 研究硫酸镁对新生大鼠缺血缺氧性脑损伤(HIBD)的保护作用.方法建立HIBD模型,采用TUNEL法检测皮质凋亡细胞,观察硫酸镁1次(实验1组)及3次(实验2组)对大鼠体重、左右脑重量差及脑细胞凋亡的影响.结果HIBD后皮质凋亡细胞数显著增高,实验1组、实验2组及HIE对照组体重增长(3.18±0.78)g,(3.40±0.42)g vs(2.34±1.27)g(P<0.01),左右脑重量差值(0.0742±0.035 5)g,(0.039 7±0.028 1)g vs (0.1098±0.037 7)g(P<0.01)和凋亡细胞数(31.84±9.61,26.91±8.07 vs 62.25±17.77;P<0.01)实验组均较对照组明显改善.不同疗程硫酸镁对脑水肿的改善有量效作用(P<0.01),而对凋亡无显著影响(q=2.33,P>0.05).结论硫酸镁能改善HIBD后的体重增长,减轻脑水肿及脑细胞凋亡,具有一定的神经保护作用.
