Abstract:
分析了低密度聚乙烯装置多次发生非计划停工的原因,发现导致装置发生停工较多的因素依次为设备、电气仪表、其他非车间原因以及工艺操作等.运用目标管理法,从管理主体和管理客体入手,在装置运行过程中采用建立健全车间内部规章制度,实行"压力加激励"的管理策略及现代化管理手段,使装置非计划停工次数明显减少,装置的各项技术经济指标创年度历史最好水平.
